The typefaceSolid letters, no holes
Nashtendo Solid is the typeface of the sign on nashtendo.pro. Steve Nash drew it in 2026 from the smallest kit he could: circles, their halves and their quarters, and rectangles, every edge snapped to a grid of 12.5. There are no hairlines and no holes. Every letter is one solid shape on the same band, told apart by its curves, its corners and its notches.
Because every letter is the same height, there’s one case: capitals and small letters are the same shapes. Letters are spaced to touch, so a word reads as one chunky lockup, and where two flat sides would meet and melt into each other, the kerning opens a sliver of space between them (993 pairs of it, built into the font).
It’s a display face. It’s at home in headlines, logos, titles, posters, game screens and anything with a glow, big and short. It isn’t made for paragraphs.
